Returns

At MAD Hobbies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that have been installed, assembled, modified, or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Opened batteries
  • Nitro fuel and other hazardous materials
  • Paints, adhesives, and chemicals
  • Electronics that have been installed or modified
  • Special-order or custom items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item is defective under warranty

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear after it has been processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
