MAD Hobbies – Terms & Conditions of Sale

All sales, services, and quotations issued by MAD Hobbies are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due as stated on the quotation or invoice. Orders may require payment in full or a deposit prior to fulfillment. MAD Hobbies reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods or completion of services until payment is received. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable late fees or collection costs.

Special Orders & Deposits:

Special order items, custom builds, and special-request parts are non-cancelable and non-refundable once the order is placed. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges:

New, unused items may be eligible for return or exchange within a limited timeframe, subject to inspection and approval. Electronics, batteries, special-order items, and installed components are not returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Kit Builds & Labor Services:

Labor charges for kit assembly, electronics installation, soldering, tuning, or setup are non-refundable once work has begun. MAD Hobbies provides professional assembly and baseline setup; however, final performance may vary based on driving style, track conditions, maintenance, and component choices.

Warranty & Liability:

MAD Hobbies does not provide warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, misuse, crashes, improper installation by third parties, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear. MAD Hobbies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Claims & Issues:

Any issues with goods or services must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Ownership & Risk:

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon pickup or shipment. The customer is responsible for safe operation of all RC vehicles and equipment.

Governing Law:

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
